We set up your Otto profile based on your menu, hours, and ordering preferences. You review and approve everything before it goes live.

Connect your number

Your existing phone number stays the same. We route calls through Otto in the background. Your customers won't notice a thing.

Step 03

Go live

Otto starts answering calls. Your team gets notified of orders through your POS as normal. Most venues are live within one business day.

Otto has three plans. Growth is $299 per month and includes 750 minutes, suited to growing restaurants. Pro is $599 per month and includes 1,800 minutes with advanced features like customer memory and priority support. Unlimited is $999 per month with no minute caps, designed for enterprise or high-volume venues.

Yes. Otto offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, no setup fees, and no lock-in. You get full access to the plan during the trial and can cancel before it ends without being charged.

No. Your existing phone number stays the same and Otto works with it in the background. A KDS and printer are included with every plan, so there is nothing extra to buy or install.

Most venues are live within one business day. Otto is configured using your menu, hours, and ordering preferences. You review and approve everything before it goes live.

On the Growth plan, additional minutes are charged at $0.27 per minute. On Pro, the rate is $0.25 per minute. The Unlimited plan has no overage charges.
