Why We Built Otto

Otto was built by people who’ve lived hospitality, not just coded from the sidelines.

Our founder, Shannon Hautot, has spent over 20 years building tech that helps hospitality venues thrive. He founded OrderMate POS, led HungryHungry, and has worked closely with thousands of restaurants, cafés, and takeaway operators across Australia.
